Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We DO NOT offer refunds on any individual product whatsoever once the product has been shipped.


HAIR ~ We DO NOT offer REFUNDs on HAIR however, we could exchange it. If you have a change of mind with your hair bundles and closures, as long as the bundles are still bundled or tied and the closure still has its packaging, we could exchange it. You will be responsible for shipping

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS FROM PACKAGE ~ If any product was missing from your order or we sent you the wrong product by accident, please provide a picture of the entire package (products and envelop/box) and we will send you a return label. We encourage you inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues with your order within 7 days of the delivery date to sales@akhairandhealing.com


Issues reported outside of the specified timeframe of 7 days are subject to the discretion of AK Hair & Healing. We reserve the right to decline items returned without an authorization code.

RETURNS ~ If you wish to return your Abra Kadabra products or hair, please email sales@akhairandhealing.com with your name, order number and the issue you are having. Please note, returns without a return label and RMA # (from missing or wrong items) will not be accepted. Orders cancelled prior to shipment are free with no charge at all. Any returns after product/s are shipped will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns over 30 days will not be excepted, but exchanges for other products will be considered at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Once your return has been received, please allow 7 business days for the exchange or refund to be processed. Once it has been processed it will take between 5-7 business days for refunds to show up on your account depending on your bank.
