Shipping & Delivery

After placing your order, if you have provided us with your email address, you will get two emails:

1) The first email, will confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed;

2) The second email tells you that the processing of the order is complete, it is being prepared to ship and will include any relevant tracking information. If you have not provided us with your email address, you may email sales@akhairandhealing at any time and we will be happy to give you any relevant tracking information.

All orders are shipped from within the United States and will arrive 5-10 business days from order date unless there is a special request for an expedited shipping service. Shipping carriers may vary by order.

NOTE: With media ground shipping, orders could take up to 15 days if your local post office or post office on the way to your destination has overnight orders and priority shipping orders that come ahead of your package. In this case, there is nothing we can do until the 15 day mark and at this point, the USPS customer services can be contacted at 1800-275-8777 for your package to be expedited. At this point, it could take another 48-72 hours to arrive.

AKHH is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped out. If your order is lost in transit or missing, you MUST contact your local postal service and file a claim. Reshipping an order after already shipped through all shipping except for priority and express is NOT guaranteed. 

NOTE: Being in the Midwest does warrant some snow/ice days during the winter months of November through February which could delay shipping in some cases.
