Order Confirmations and Processing Time:
After placing your order, if you’ve provided your email address, you will receive two notifications:
1. Order Confirmation: Confirms your order has been received and is being processed.
2. Shipping Notification: Informs you that your order is ready to ship and includes tracking information.
If you did not provide an email, you may contact us at sales@akhairandhealing.com for tracking updates. Please include a mobile phone number for urgent communication regarding your order.

2. Products are selected, packed, and labeled for shipment.
3. Packages are scheduled for pickup by the mail courier.
Once shipped, items typically arrive within 4-7 business days for regular shipping options.
Expedited Shipping (FedEX 2-Day/ USPS 2-3 Day Priority or FedEX Overnight):
FedEX 2-Day Shipping: Delivered within two business days (e.g., orders shipped Thursday arrive Monday).
USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping: Delivered within two to three business days (e.g., orders shipped Wednesday will typically arrive by Monday, with more time expected during the busy holiday season - December 1 thru January 31st).
Important Note: Expedited shipping applies only to transit time, not processing time. Our 7-14 day processing period remains in effect for all orders, even expedited ones.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be edited or canceled.
If the order hasn’t shipped, corrections to the shipping or email address may be made.
Inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues within 7 days to sales@akhairandhealing.com. Include your order number and photos (if items are damaged or incorrect). Issues reported beyond this timeframe will be evaluated at our discretion.

We primarily ship via FedEx. For P.O. Box deliveries, we use USPS.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages
AK Hair & Healing is not responsible for packages after they are shipped.
For lost or misdelivered packages, contact your carrier to file a claim.
We recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage. Without this protection, AK Hair & Healing is not liable for such issues. Claims must be reported within 14 days.

**If you need to have your products expedited and shipped to you as soon as possible, please call us at 518-220-9038 to make arrangements, since there are additional fees. Shipping carriers may vary by order.
- Day 1 is the business day immediately following the receipt of your order.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing and shipping may be delayed during high volume ordering periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience, in advance.

Please note once an order has been submitted, no edits, or cancellations can be made. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect.
We encourage you inspect your package upon arrival and report any issues with your order within 7 days of the delivery date to sales@akhairandhealing.com. Please include your order number and photos of item(s) (if damaged or incorrect). Issues reported outside of the specified timeframe are subject to the discretion of AK Hair & Healing. We reserve the right to decline items returned without an authorization code.
AK Hair & Healing is not responsible for discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any code for promotions or order without using a promotional link.
Transit Time
Our most common way of shipping is currently via UPS. However, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so in this case, USPS will be used. Economy ground shipping, orders could take up to 15 days if your local post office or a post office in route to your destination has any expedited orders (i.e., overnight and priority orders) to process ahead of your package. In these instances, there is nothing we can do to address the delay until the 15-day mark; at this point, you can contact USPS (United States Postal Service) Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 to request that your package be expedited. In such instances, your order could take another 48-72 hours to arrive after contacting USPS Customer Service.

NOTE: Being in the Midwest does warrant some snow/ice days during the Winter months (November through February), which could delay shipping in some cases.
Lost or Mis-delivered Packages
Abra Kadabra Hair & Healing is NOT responsible for orders once they have been shipped. If your order is lost in transit or missing, you must contact your local postal service or carrier and file a claim. Reshipping an order after it has already shipped is NOT guaranteed, except for USPS Priority and USPS Express.
Abra Kadabra Hair & Healing is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, no refunds will be provided if any portion of the mailing address is incorrect.
Add Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft, and damage, and make shipping 100% carbon neutral. Opting out of package protection removes any liability from AK Hair & Healing for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Keep in mind, you have 14 days to report an issue or there is nothing anyone (Route or AKHH) will be able to do.

International Shipping Policy
Due to mandatory additional administrative processes, international orders may take up to 5 days to process regardless of the shipping option selected. Due to the highly-regulated Customs departments in every country, we recommend that customers outside of the United States confirm (before ordering) whether their country accepts the following products:
- Natural Shampoos
- Natural Conditioners
- Natural Hair Oils
- Natural Supplements
- Natural Hair Extensions
- Natural Scalp Detoxifier
You can call UPS (United Parcel Service, United States) at 1-800-782-7892 to verify acceptance of the products listed above.
If your country does not accept the above items, Customs may hold them and not return them to us in some cases. If this happens, we are unable to issue a refund. If they return your order to us, we can refund you for the product purchase less shipping costs.
In some cases, packages can remain delayed for months in Customs before being delivered. We do not control international Customs departments. You must contact them directly for any explanations regarding delays in release.
Please note customers are required to pay all fees associated with Customs to receive their product(s). Customers who fail to pay their Customs fees will forfeit their order and are ineligible to receive a refund. We highly recommend using an import duty calculator to get an estimate of fees prior to placing an online order.
