After placing your order, if you have shared your email address, you will get two emails:
1. The first email will confirm that your order has been completed and is being processed.
2. The second email informs you that your order has been processed and is being prepared to ship, and will include tracking information.
If you have not shared your email address, you may email sales@akhairandhealing at any time and we will be happy to give you your tracking information. Please also leave a cellular phone number for any urgent issues pertaining to order.
We currently have a processing time of 3-5 days. All orders are shipped from within the United States and will arrive 3-10 business days from order date unless there is a special request for an expedited shipping service. Shipping carriers may vary by order.
NOTE: With economy ground shipping, orders could take up to 15 days if your local post office or a post office en route to your destination has overnight orders and priority shipping orders that come ahead of your package. In this case, there is nothing we can do until the 15 day mark, and at this point, USPS Customer Service can be contacted at 1-800-275-8777 for your package to be expedited. In this case, your order could take another 48-72 hours to arrive.
Abra Kadabra Hair & Healing is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped. If your order is lost in transit or missing, you must contact your local postal service and file a claim. Reshipping an order after it has already shipped is NOT guaranteed, except for USPS Priority and Express.
NOTE: Being in the Midwest does warrant some snow/ice days during the Winter months (November through February), which could delay shipping in some cases.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
International orders take up to 5 days to process no matter what shipping option is selected due to extra paperwork. Also, due to the highly regulated custom department in every country, we recommend that every customer outside of the united states confirms whether or not their country accepts the following products:

You can call UPS (United States) 1-800-782-7892 to verify acceptance of the products listed above.
In some cases, packages can sit for months in customs before it is delivered to you. We do not control out of the country shipping customs departments. You would have to contact them to get an explanation as to why.
If your country does not accept the above items, they will hold them and not send them back to us in some cases. In this case, we are unable to issue a refund. If they send your order back to us, we are able to refund you for the product purchase, however, there will be no shipping refund issued.
